Rebuild file for the national device archive

This folder is the archive. The map reads it. Replace the file, reload, and
the map rebuilds. No account. No live feed. No vendor login.

  /data/cameras.archive
  This is a gzip file. The extension is not .gz on purpose: a .gz URL was
  being marked Content-Encoding: gzip and the browser unpacked it twice.
  Save it as cameras.tsv.gz if you want the usual name.

ORIGIN
  Mirrored 2026-09-27 from the public file at
  https://flocksurveillance.org/data/cameras.tsv
  That site is Joshua Michael's Flock Surveillance Map.
  The file on that site was last modified 2026-08-28.
  Michael has described the underlying export as a December 2025 snapshot
  of device locations from Flock's own mapping system, after he reported
  an unauthenticated exposure. This copy does not include exploit steps,
  tokens, or a way back into that system.

REBUILD
  gunzip -c cameras.tsv.gz > cameras.tsv
  The running app fetches /data/cameras.archive, decompresses it in the
  browser, and draws it. It does not send the table to a server.
